In Italia, le vendite di auto elettriche si fermano al 4,2%, generando attese per i significativi incentivi che il ministro Adolfo Urso si appresta a introdurre, soprattutto per coloro che intendono acquistare veicoli elettrici. Tuttavia, gli operatori della filiera sono preoccupati che l’annuncio degli incentivi possa avere impatti negativi sul mercato nel nuovo anno.
Il 2023 si è chiuso con 1.566.448 immatricolazioni di auto, registrando un incremento del 18,96% rispetto al 2022. Nonostante sembri un dato positivo, il Centro Studi Promotor sottolinea un calo dell’18,3% rispetto al 2019, pre-pandemia, evidenziando la perdita di 1.944.794 auto immatricolate in valore assoluto nel quadriennio 2020-2023. A dicembre, sono state vendute 111.136 unità, con una crescita del 5,9% rispetto allo stesso periodo dell’anno precedente.
Le ipotesi degli incentivi governativi per le vetture “full electric” vanno da 6.000 a 13.750 euro, con ulteriori agevolazioni per il rottamare un’auto Euro 2 e l’Isee inferiore a 30.000 euro. Nonostante non siano ancora numeri ufficiali, la bozza di lavoro suggerisce un finanziamento complessivo di 930 milioni di euro, includendo 570 milioni di nuovi fondi per l’industria automobilistica e l’utilizzo dei residui degli incentivi precedenti. L’intervento si estende anche a veicoli commerciali, taxi e noleggi a lungo termine, con 50 milioni previsti per il leasing.
Il 1° febbraio 2024, si discuterà del provvedimento al tavolo automotive convocato dal Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy. Durante l’incontro, presieduto da Urso, verrà presentato il nuovo piano degli incentivi per il settore automotive, con obiettivi chiari: cambiare il parco auto circolante in Italia, sostenere le famiglie meno abbienti (con un extra bonus del 25% per Isee 30.000 euro), e rimodulare gli incentivi per stimolare l’acquisto di auto prodotte in Italia.
Nonostante Stellantis abbia mantenuto la leadership nel mercato italiano nel 2023, vendendo 591.156 auto (un aumento del 10,5%), la quota di mercato è scesa al 33,5% a dicembre, con 36.833 immatricolazioni, in calo del 4,6% rispetto al periodo analogo del 2022. Il gruppo ha mantenuto la leadership nel mercato elettrificato con una quota del 25,1%. Tesla ha triplicato i volumi in un anno, mentre i cinesi di Mg hanno quadruplicato le vendite, raggiungendo quasi il 2% di quota di mercato.
